Monday:
Bench 5 sets 5 @ 70% of 1RM
Hammer Curls 5 sets 12
Hang Cleans 5 sets 8 @ 65% 1RM
Shrugs 5 sets of 20
5 sets 30 sit ups

Tuesday:
Front Squats 5 sets of 10
Explosive jump ups 5 sets 12
Explosive push press 5 sets 8
Shrugs 5 sets 20
5 sets of 30 sit ups

Wednesday:
Incline bench 5 sets 10
Hammer curls 5 sets of 12
Deadlifts 5 sets of 8
Shrugs 5 sets of 20
5 sets 30 sit ups

Thursday:
Back squat 5 sets of 10
Rear delt raisers 5 sets 12
Lunges 5 sets 12
Shrugs 5 sets 20
5 sets of 30 sit ups.

Do some type of cardio ie. basketball, sprints. 2 days a week
